William A Hodrick – Founder
Bill is a 40+ year veteran of the real estate business having begun his career in the trenches as a salesman for his father’s firm, Hodrick and Snyder. He obtained his broker’s license in 1974 and founded his first real estate company in 1981. When he sold that company in 1987, he went to work for a national mortgage company running their operations in Washington, DC and Baltimore. In 1991 he founded Prudential Hodrick Realty, the predecessor of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty. As a start-up organization with no established track record, Bill’s company was only the third such operation in the country to be granted a Prudential franchise. Today, his company is one of the most successful real estate brokerages in North Central Pennsylvania. Bill is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Marketing Management. He was named Realtor of the Year in 1996 by the West Branch Valley Association of Realtors and lives with his wife in Loyalsock Township.
Kevin A Hodrick – Broker, 3rd Generation
After a distinguished career as a dolphin trainer for Sea World and a 4 year stint as a financial planner, Kevin headed home to Williamsport to work in the family business. Within 2 years of obtaining his sales license, Kevin was one of the top producers in this company and established a reputation for going above and beyond his client’s expectations. He obtained his broker’s license and stepped into a management role shortly thereafter and continues to grow and develop one of the finest sales forces in the local real estate community. His success has been noted for developing not only newly licensed sales staff, but also training established sales people in new technology and systems and assisting them with attaining their career goals. Kevin’s current responsibilities include managing the day to day operations of the company’s Williamsport and Lock Haven offices while offering oversight on the entire company’s sales force. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Biology. In 2015 Kevin was named Realtor of the Year by the West Branch Valley Association of Realtors. He lives in Loyalsock Township with his wife and daughter.
Lena Melaragni – Vice President and Sales Manager
With over 26 years of experience in the real estate business, Lena boasts a varied background in all phases of the real estate business. She has been a sales professional, associate broker, broker-owner, and branch manager. Her start-up the real estate business quickly became one of suburban Philadelphia’s power house companies until she was lured away by one of the nation’s largest brokerages, Fox and Roach. During her years in branch management with Fox and Roach, she was recognized almost annually for exceeding her target goals and was consistently rated as one of the company’s top managers. A certified Brian Buffini mentor and Dyan Dobbins trainer and coach, Lena has made a career out of developing sales talent while running highly professional real estate offices. Lena’s current responsibilities include all operations in the company’s Lewisburg and Danville office. Lena currently resides in Briar Creek with her husband.
Becky Shaible – Vice President, Relocation and Referrals
Becky graduated from Saint Francis College (now Saint Francis University) in Loretto, PA. with a business management degree. She also graduated from Katharine Gibbs School’s entrée program in Boston, where she completed computer studies for college graduates. Becky has worked in various fields including retail management, accounts management and marketing. In 2012, she joined Hodrick Realty as the marketing coordinator for the Lewisburg/Danville offices. She later moved to the Williamsport office to become the marketing manager for all offices. She now serves as the VP of Relocations and Referrals with responsibilities including relocation and referral management, REO management, website administration, and social media management. Becky lives in Loyalsock Township with her husband and daughter, who was lovingly adopted from China.
